The day I did my sons lasik operation

I never know some times miracles happens by supreme beings.
I

can still remember the day when me and my son pramit gone for our eye check up in L.V Prasad eye hospital Bhubaneswar. I have gone for my routine presbyopia and and he for his myopia. He suffered myopia from 4yrs of age. Glasses became thicker and thicker with minus points. I really cried a lot alone without any bodies notice that how he will lead a normal life. Ihave a cute daughter but her eye sight is normal. My son has a really cute face with long beautiful eyes like lord Srikrishna which my friends and my parents often praised. His problem started when he started going to school. He unable to read the black board. I thought he was pretending. but alas no, sky falls on me when doc told me he is suffering from myopia.His power goes up. specs changing. He wanted to join army and became an aeronetic engineer. But his poor eye sight shattered all his dreams. Some of his childhood dreams falling apart.But as a brilliant kid he did his engineering with flying colors.From schools to engineering college classmates and friends called him chasmis, chasbuddin, owl etc. He is a very silent kid so he never reacted but i can see his eyes brimming with tears. My heart broken in to pieces when i saw his handsome face with 6 inch thick glasses. One fine day when he took me for my and his test he suddenly decide to do lasik surgery for correcting his eye problem. He met Dr Srikant sahoo a brilliant young eye surgeon specialized in lasik in LV Prasd. He did all the tests on him and told both of us to come day after tomorrow for surgery. I am instantly shocked and thrilled simultaneously . In early morning i drove my son to hospital . Doc was waiting. He assured me not to worry and wrap his hand around my son and lead him to the operation theater. Doc has a very dynamic personality and a very pleasant persona. I never seen such a nice young doc who behave so well and assured me not to be panic. I pray god and siridi sai baba for my sons successful operation. Within 20 minutes his one eye operated without any pain. He came out with a pair of black glasses and hug me. He opened his glasses and told me mama i can see u in bare eyes. My eyes filled with tears. In naked eyes he can see trees, people moving around and premises of the hospital and some lines of news paper i was holding. Again doc called him for operation of another eye after 2 hours. He given some precautions for him for a week. He also allow him to drive and attend his office after one week. Now he is free from his glasses. He wear his favorite sunglasses which he thought will never use in his life time. But Dr sahoo s Midas touch makes it possible i am really grateful and impressed by him. Docs should learn from him how to behave with patients and their anxious family members. he is so young and talented and almost did 300 successful lasik surgeries. I can call him a messiah in our life. i can see my sons beautiful eyes everyday without a sheet of glass. His kid sister always play pranks on him to hide his glasses but now she selecting beautiful sunglasses for his brother.

THE WAY TO TAME THE TIGER

The saga of Satyam Computers started with Mr B.Ramalinga Raju's dreams. He had maintained it till the day he send the letter to the management and employees. The shock wave tremble the employees , shareholders, and investors. Rather, it can be called as a suicide note. It is clear to every one that Mr Raju is not alone in this 700 crore fraud. He is covering up some people who are known and hand in glove with him. Satyam has always maintain its transparency in business. What happened some days back is a nightmare beyond imagination. Senior management people like Vinod Dham and Srinivas Vadlamani sold their shares much before this scam came to limelight. They never think of the innocent employees and thousand of young engineers and BPO employees , share holders and investors who depends on them. Mr Raju's confession stunned the whole corporate world. He manipulated the accounts by inflating revenues and profits over period of several years . When the bubble burst the castle built in sand collapsed in a day. Its also shocking and sad part of it that top IT professionals like Mr Narayan Murthy of Infosys boasting and giving derogatory and immature remarks in this crisis than helping the company to come out of the crisis where 50000 employees job in stake. He even ordered his officials not to recruit any employees from Satyam because of its tainted image. How it is possible that the innocent employees are involved in the scam which made by Mr Raju and his board members? It shows his meanness. Its shameful to hear the remarks of Mr Murthy's comments on Satyam. Mr Murthy should realize that Mr Raju taken all responsibility on himself. Mr Murthy has forgotten the sexual harassment case which had tainted the image of Infosys in past. There are lots skeleton in the closet.He should refrain himself from giving such lewd remarks. In this time of global recession all IT companies are facing problems all over the globe. Lots IT professionals got pink slips from their company. The global recession in the US which accounts for more than half of India's total IT revenue and turmoil in the global financial sectors have brought pace of growth down and has battered stocks. Mr Raju is not solely responsible for this scam. It’s the auditors , politicians, and those people who are bribed and responsible for the whole episode. Its time for each and every employee , govt, investors, shareholders hold their hands together to the safe guard of the company. Satyam has two decades of deliveries to demanding clients behind it. Still after Mr Raju's confession the clients shows satisfaction and have faith in Satyam. The employees should proud that they have no hand in in this scam or they have not benefited from this. Help is coming from Central Govt, State Govt, and clients . The three board members who have appointed by the Central Govt. are all giants of crisis management. The most important is investors, confidence and employees spirit and motivation and faith. Employees do their work fairly. IT guys are more system oriented and they must take it up as a challenge. Maybe a new management, a new CEO, new CFO. Nothing is impossible as the company has lots cream of IT professionals of India with it. What has happened is history. The Satyamites who has unblemished track record. The brand Satyam definitely will back with a bang. There are people the real Satyamites whose talent has been recognized by Satyam. Indian IT companies has all built by IT service professionals not by the board. So all Satyamites should be united and should not be frustrated. The patience of the employees are remarkable . In the global recession hardly any IT firms in globe are doing any profitable business. Its appreciated that Mr Raju for his courage. Neither he flee from the country which was quite easy for him or put all blames on others. He still confessed that he did all the fraud by himself. He surrendered to the police and ready to face the consequences. He has paid the price what he did. Leaving company for Mr Raju's deeds is quite foolishness. Why media and people compare Mr Raju with Enron? This type of incidents happens in past in India and outside India too. All US corporates are not like Enron so all corporate world of India are not like Mr Raju. So why to blame Mr Raju has tarnished the image of India? Rs. 7000cr are surely a huge deficit to manage. But still there is hope. The most important part is investors are confident and employees spirit and motivation and faith. May be after Mr Raju's confession some resumes of Satyam guys float in some job portals. But they should withdraw their resume. Its sure the smile will back to everybody's face soon. The support of the present management the employees will turn things and make Satyam a great organization. The three crisis managers and giants of their own fields Mr Deepak Parekh, Mr Kiran Karnik, Mr C. Achutan meet the media and assured the employees and investors to have faith in Satyam. They will declare the Q3 results after the board is fully formed. Now its premature to commit anything says the board. They soon appoint a new CEO, CFO and other board members. It soothes the nerves of the panicky employees and investors a lot. The sunny side is the company bagged new projects as well. The govt intervention is really alleviate the spirits of the employees . the new formed board is leaving no stone unturned to convince the employees and investors and share holders. So cheer Satyamites. Say cheese. The show must go on.

Custodial justice and Human Rights to Women.

women have a unique position in every society. this is due to the various roles played by them in their life time in spite of her contributions in the life of every indivisual human being. she still belongs to a class or group of society which is in a disadvantaged position on account of several social barriers and impediments. she has been the victim of untold miseries, hardships and atrocities caused ans perpetuated by the male dominated society. in india almost half of the indian population are women. the indian constitution prohibits ny discrimination solely based on gender and given statute of fundamentl rights. various laws have been enacted to deal with the personal matter like marriage , divorce and sucession etc of women. unfortunately only a few such laws could be codified and made uniform. the criminal law also contains numerous provisions to deal with the crimes committed against women. there is evidence of of a pattern of the gross Human R ight violations through out india and abroad. there is overwhelming evidence that wide spread torture often leads directly to death in custody. such evidences has emerged from goverenment officials and official institutions , courts, doctors,who have carried out post mortem examinations on prisoners who have died in custody. in january 1985 th4e then chief justice of supreme court of india noted that only rarely was eye wittness testimony of torture leading to death available other than from police officers who tend to be more concerned to conceal than to acknowledgre what has accured. shortly the law commission of india proposed that the evidence act should be amended by creating a new section 114(B) to provide a rebultable presumption that injuries sustained by a person in police custody has been caused by the police officer in charge of his custody " death in custody are not in the rise" said the attorney general of india when the united nations of Humanright committe asked about it in march 1991.the ultimate form of torture is that which results in the victims death. there is evidence of a pattern of this form of gross Human right violation through out india. the majority of those who died in police custody are people tortured in order to extract a confession or further information about a crime. women from dalit and tribal communities are also liable to be subjected to brutal custodial violence.
On receipt of a report from the collector kamaraja district tamilnadu the custodial rape of t. uma by the head constable of Alangulam police station. the national Human rights commission called for a report. the govt of tamilnadu placed the accused under suspension and asnctioned rupees one lakh to t. uma the victim.
sakhi a delhi based ngo draw the attention of the madhya pradesh govt for rape of jain sadvis which was subject to widespread media coverage. one complain was lodged also and they draw the attention of Human rights commision too.
moti barua a 25 yrs old tribal woman died in police custody at the marjhari police station singhbhum district of bihar on 13 december 1988. the two police officers involved were suspended on the ground that they behaved suspiciously and negligently.
the laws guarding against excess but substanial. the indian constitution protects the rights to life and personal liberty ( article 21) and other fundamental rights. although the prohibition of torture in specific terms lacks constitutional authority. rape of a woman in custody carries an enhanced punishment of 10 yrs of inprisonment under section 376 of indian penal code. which also extends the same punishment to public servants and such as me3mber of armed forces. in cases of death in custody, an inquiry by a magistrate is mandatory under section 176 of the code of criminal procedure. the rights to enforce the human rights provided in the constitution is itself constitutionally protected. article 226 empowers the high courts to issue writs for the enforcement of such rights including habious corpus. article 32 of the constitution grants the same power to the supreme court. although a direct approach to the supreme court is guranted the court has often in practice required victims to approach a high court first. a victim can also bring a civil suit for damages under the civil procedure code and to initiate a criminal prosecution. the laws are enforced by a judiciary with a strong tradition of independence. judges especially of the hugher courtd have time to time given for reaching and innovative decisions. supreme court specially instructed in the case of women accused at the time of arrest to inform nearest legal aid committee immidiately after the arrest so that the committee might provide assistance . the police are also to inform relatives immidiately of an arrest womandetainee and a female officer is to be present during the interrogation of woman detainee. the supreme court also directs city and sessions judges check on the treatment of inmates. the national human rights commission formed a policyfor judicial custody to women. article 1 respects genders dignity and habitative concern for womwn must inform all relevant institutions and personell in the criminal justice and correctional system. women shall be shown special treatments . in article 2 the astate shall endeavour as for the possible to set up specialized service and institutions and exclusive jurisdictions for meeting the needs of women. separate prisons and lockups , correctional centers and separate courts interalia shall be setup to exclusive deal with woman. article 4 all substantive and procedure lawa pertaining to custodialization of womwn shall meticulously respect the womwns needs. the state shall respect the rightds and previleges of the children accompanying the womwn in custody. article 9 states taking account of the special role of women in family life the social devlopment and the vulnerability of girls , the state shall endeavour to avoid the arrest and detaintion of females to the contextpossible and without threatening the states in any manner. some in the the rarest of rare cases to be specified, women shall not be arreste4d between the sunset ans to sunrise. like wise the arrest of women by the men of the police force acting alone shall be avoided. article 10 says arreat and serch of womwn including interrogations shall be conduct4ed according to strict standards of decency and in a manner not to violate the modesty and dignity of womanhood.at no stage during and after arrest, will a woamn arrestee be left unguarded by police women or prescribed authorities. article 12 states to usher in humanism where ever woemn are detained in penal or other custody in addition to basic ammenities and privacy, the state shall provide the essential for meeting womens special needs including those promotive of her dignity.
In raising the questions of human rights protection in india the government should ensure that exisating legal safegurds are respected in all circumstances. the legal mechinary to combat torture should be strengthened. the prohibition of torture aqns other cruelity in human or degrading treatment or punishment should be in corporated inthe constitition. the government should draw updetaild guidelines for the interrogation of suspects and publish then after consulting with lawyers , bar associations, civil liberties groups ans medical proffessional groups. it should review these guidelines periodically in consultation with these groups to ensure that they are remain in effectiver mechanism to prevent torture. special rules should should be drawn upto protect particulary vulnerable groups from cusodial violence. female detainee should be kept separate from male detainee and a female3 officer should be always be present during interrogation. the governement should allow independent bodies to regularly inspect all places where detainee are held. the government should order an authoritative investigation into the causes and the pattern of torture in indiaq and the circumstances facilitating its wide spread occurrance. if nessasary special structures and mechanism should be established to receive reports of torture, rape and deaths in custody. there should be independent bodies in various states formed to monitor such complaints ans supervise appropriate follow up,. these bodiesw should be oblised to report periodically to the public and recommend apppropriate action to be taken to eliminate and prevent custodial violence.

Clinical aspects of reiki

These are times of great change in practice of medicine informational, technical, financial, relational, and spiritual forces are reshaping the way physicians and institutions administer to the patients in their care. as social and technological factors continue to impact the field of medicine, one element will never lost. that element is the living relationship that health care providers create with all those we care for our patients, our community, and one another. these relationships are central to actualizing the paradigm of health care that integrates healing and community. relationship is the medium through which all communication flows, including the feelings and concerns, the hopes and fears of patient. like wise relationship provides the means by which the practitioner can communicate caring and compassion. an invisible but palpable life force energy infuses and permeates all living forms. the energy is infinite, limitless and pure. intangible. it constantly baths us. inaudible and invisible it fills us with peace. odorless and tasteless, it sustains us. although we swim in it, ingesting in with every breath, we are often unaware of its existence. every living thing lives inside of and is inspirited by the force field. this life force energy id the essence that gives vitality to form. it is the primary activating energy of life and underlying creative intelligence of the universe that organizes our world and everything in it. ancient civilization understood that this life force energy flowed through the body, supporting optimal development and fulfillment. the Chinese identified the energy through the body, supporting optimal development and fulfillment. the Chinese identified this energy as chi , the Indians called this energy prana ans the Japanese knew it as ki.

reiki is a precise method for connecting the universal energy with the bodies innate power of healing. rediscovered in the mid 1800 by dr mikao usui a Japanese monk educator, reikis origins and found the Tibetan sutras, ancient records of cosmology and philosophy. this hand on healing art a powerful adjunct to conventional therapeutic modalities, fuel of bodies homeostatic mechanisms and there by assist in the restoration of balance on the physical mental ans emotional levels. because the life force energy supports optimal development and fulfillment, reiki promotes the highest healing good for all living things. the biological intelligence that marshals the bodies resources to heal a cut finger, mend a broken bone, help the lungs to breathe, or ease the transition into death is amplified by reiki. thus as a healing modality it fits perfectly into the new paradigm of healing emerging in western medicine, a paradigm that includes mind and body awareness and preventive techniques. over the years reiki masters and grand masters taught reiki to physicians, nurses,psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists,hospice staff,and others. some health care organizations that are begining to investigate complimentary therapies have endrosed reiki as valuable part of the ongoing education for their proffessional staff. the harvard community health plan, the medical center of central massachusetts, cedracret residential center for handicapped children, in new london hospital nh the suthern new hampshire medical center, in a reiki class, health care proffessionals learn a method to augment thier medical skills while also receiving an invaluable tool for attending to their own health maintainance, self renewal and personal growth. the seential vehicle of reiki is touch applied where ever and when ever appropriate. because the practice of reiki does not require complicated techniques, practitioners of many and varied displines are able to incorporate it easily into their specialities. by virtue of the fact that is enhances thier healing skills ans is also rejuventing practice of self care, reiki is necoming an important bridge of communication among a wide range of health care providers. the best way to know that reiki works how ever reiki always scts upen the recipient even when its effects are not immidiately perceptive. results are not always evident during a reiki session for some people the healing shifts occour over time, while for others the changes are immediate and lasting. though inducing the relaxation responce, reiki encourages enhanced integrated functioning of the bodys healing systems. studies show that a deep stateof relaxation acts through the autonomic nervous system to lower blood pressure and heart rate and to releave tension ans anxiety. the state of relaxation also augments the abilities of the immune system to defend against bacteria and viruses, ans it stimulates the brains production of endorphines, natural opiates that act to decrese the perception of pain and create a state of well being. the stimulation of this response through through reiki treatment, copled with the increased ansd unimpeded flow of life force energy through the body, encourages healing at all levels. reiki gives rthe power and control for healing to the receiver, where it rightly belongs.

with reiki there is no body manipulation, only physical touch inspirited by universal life energy. with the rising of conciousness in the west, reiki is growing in popularity, more and more people sre becoming aware of it and are using it. in bostan's massachusettes general hospital sponspered a conference to teiki and other holistic practiotioners to present reiki. healing involves moving toward wholeness. healing gently dissoloves limiting thoughts and moves us toward acceptance of all aspects of ourselves. this is a state of living awareness. in balance and harmony with ourselves and our environment and with the intention of expressing ourselves authentically in all areas of life. in that state of living with awareness we experience humor, vitality, organization, self acceptance, creativity, flexibility, intutive, understanding, and clarity of thought. this optimal wellbeing.when we view the human being as a dynamic energy system we relaize that health is not a static goal. as current reserch suggests that the world we see is more than just matter, and the body is more than just a collection of functioning parts, there uis increased curiosity about subtle energy and the role it plays in healing. quantum physicists are devloping new therories of energy movements of transfermation that chaleenge traditional explanations of the nature of the universe. since energy healing is inexliplicable within the confines of the mechanical model of the universe the working model for the past four centuries, at least we encourage students to be patient with themselves as they try to integrate their experiences of reiki. in working on the energetic plane, as we do with reiki, the shifts and changes that take place for the receiver often happen at a non material level and there fore may be difficult to perceive. neverthless , healing is taking place for the recipient according to the highest priority in the holistic ordering of the universe. . the anecdote demonstrates how reiki can effectively blend with conventional medicine. recovery from such traumatic injury requires deep extensive healing. while the sugeons expertize is essential , the excellent nursing care and the loving attention of family and friends all supports also needed.

Modern physics is niw discovering what the ancients know our bodies are not solid entities but rather are interacting fields of energy are not solid entities but rather are interacting field of energy given to continuous, cre3ative fluctuation . from the smallest subatomic particles to the space beyond the skin to the farthest reaches of the universe, vibratory forces configure ns reconfigure who we sre in ourselves in our relationships and in the world. quantum physics has demonstrated that all sunstances is composed of energy fields, vast expances of space in which particles of matter are created by the temporary intersection of these field of energy. holistic therapies not only expand healing possibilites but also are valuable because they are low in cost and require little or not technology to impliment. a major concern of most health care facilities is the bottom line. adjunct practices such as reiki are an excellent soultion to maintaining high quality care at monimal cost. reiki blends with all therapies because universal life force is unobstrusive.deeply assisive, and never overwhelming. since reiki works beyond the will of the concious mind, it becomes a part of the health care proffessionals full healing capacities. reiki easily joins with and facilities the clients healing process. a physician who combined reiki with his practice of surgery feels patients are less anxious and more calm and relaxed, and they experience less pain and discomfprt postoperatively. in most cases their wounds heal more quickly and uneventfully. most nurses to knows reiki use it in routine patient care. nurses report that condition of patients improves dramatically with reiki.by restoring balance to the energy field , reiki assists the patient in mobilizing her biological healing resources for recuperation. reiki can also reduce the need for pharmacologic intervention with respect to both dosege and frequency of administation.surgeons and nurse anesthestists finds reiki to be in post operative care. the reiki touch helps the anaesthetics to connect quickly with the patient while simulteniously reduce the patients anxiety regarding the impending procedure. reiki is also easily incorporated and effective in sll practices pertaining to child birth. obstetric nurses and midwives find that adding reiki to their proffessional skills allows for more holistic clinical practices. responding to the growing interest in complimentary therapies to suppliment conventional medical interventions, some cutting edge hospitals are beginging to include in their community education programmes courses in tai chi, yoga, reiki, meditation and relaxation techniques. the goal of these self reliance health care programmes is to help people stay healthy by means of self care modalities that encoiurage connecting with life force energy. so they can increase their physical wellbeing and lessen the chances of needing expensive medical service in an emergency situation that could have been averted by personal actions towards wellness.

Healing through Chakras

There are many paths of spiritual awareness. certain physical movements combined with consciously controlled breath can acquainted with the energy body. cosmic energy is all around us.our bodies are our single and most precious personal possession,the quality of our life both spiritually and physically is directly governed by our physical possessions. one have to be the one who prepares your body and mind for the increasing flow of energy. for thousand years Estern philosophers have believed that the human organism gets most of itd energy from invisible waves or rays entering through the top of the head. as the life force enters the body, it passes through and activates the seven primary chakras. the word chakra means wheel and is an ancient east indian symbol, used in the sense to mean a center of physical and pshychic energy. the seven chakras are known by many different names.

* Muladhara( root chakra)
* Swadhistan( basic chakra)
*Manipura(solar plexus chakra)
*Anahata( heart chakra)
*Visudha( throat chakra)
*Ajna( third eye chakra)
*Sahasrara( crown chakra)

These are main chakras of our body. there are many other energy points and junctions along with the energy meridians which correspondence to our nervous system and circulatory system, all of which influence hormonal secretion in some way. at the peak of health and vitality our chakrs spin or vibrate at great speed. as we grow older or develop unhealthy habits and lose vitality the rate of vibration decreases. we have to balance our chakras for a better health and vitality. when concentrate different chakra centers of our body we may see certain colors when eyes closed. once your goals become more spiritual, you may feel drawn towards particular colors, depending on the chakra you are working with. its important not to make the mistake of confusing the terms higher the better. muladhara, svadhistans, and manipura are known as earth based chakras. visudha, ajna, and sahasrara are the cosmic chakras. most of us are living in the physical plane and our firm foundation, our base is very wll devlope3d. but the earth based chakras ll need nourishment and attention. at the same time you have to develop the chakras that are symbol ically higher in body and which deal more with the spiritual aspects of life, give your three lower chakras nourishment. muladhara the root chakras color is red and it relating to survival and procretion. svadhistan or basic chakras color is orange and it represents health, pleasure, well being, immunity from diseases, and pleasure of life. the manipura or solar plexus chakra is yellow in color a reservoir of spiritual and physical energy which gives strength to all other chakras and keep them healthy. the anahata or heart chakra relating to unconditional acceptance which frees the other chakras from ego, melts our hears love energy with cosmic wisdom and makes the bridge from physical to spiritual and from known to unknown. the visudha chakra or throat chakra is light blue in color and relating to creativity and self expression, the gateway to communication with the unknown. the ajna or third eye chakra is violet in color ans relating to intution, paranormal powers and phychic awareness. the sahasrar or crown chakra is indigo in color relating to liberationinto the cosmic realm, bliss.

There are various metals and gem stones believes have magical properties of healing. meditation on each chakra helps to open the blockages of chakras. in reiki and pranic healing the masters teach how to open and close chakras and clean it. when a sadhaka or prctitioner of chakras meditate the crown chakra reaches the zenith of fantasy and spiritual upliftment when the kundalini rises or the serpent rises from the root chakra to crown chakra. the experiences of the rises of kundalini vary from person to person. the experience is so spiritual that it is not possible to explain the feeling in words it can only experienced.other than the frequently discussed the seven chakras there are secret energy pointsd which actually store and essence of the universe. a materialistic person who lived a life of sexual gratifications ans other earthly requirements cannot cross the base chakra. ecen in death bed a person will not able to recall anything except the things for which he had a craving. a person who has maintain a balanced life, between the spiritual path and worldly requirements will have a peaceful death. such type of people think with their heart and work with their mind, the soul of such people will leave the body through the heart chakra.

conventional medicine is quite sophisticated in dealing with specific diseases and trauma, but has paid less attention to other aspects of the patients total wellness, such as how a person feels about his conditions. holistic therapies not only expand healing possibilities but also are valuable because they are low in cost and require little or no teachnology to implement.

Colors can Heal

Colors has today became one of the most basic characteristics of our lives. colors thus signifies the beginning of physical and psychological reactions and functions. to employ color correctly and to the most benefit, we need a scientific approach. we can find that science laid out for us right here . there is a special relationship between certain colors and individual. for instance if u u have ever tried to relax in a room painted red, then u may recall the uncomfortable feelings you experienced.even after closing your eyes you could not unable to relax.the color of red also creates a desire for communicating, gives energy,warmth, increase vitality and release suppressed emotions. the modern science of applying color as a remedy, antidote, neutralizer, prophylactic, and or from the nostrum sprang from the researchers. a scientific basis for color therapy was laid in 1979 by Douglas Pratt. PhD of university of Minnesota. colors have been adopted as a cure to illness. specific ailments can be cured by adjusting the required color input to the body. color therapy, in fact is becoming some accepted fact and established part of clinical and medical office setting. the power of color healing has been recognized by most health professionals around the world who practice advanced medical techniques, especially those utilizing method of non traditional and complimentary medicines, such as visualization,and imagery, orthomolecular nutrition acupuncture, acupressure, reiki, bio feed back and electromagnetic. the theory of radionic is that every part of the human body radiates a specific level of energy. if all these energies are at specific levels, the individual etheric body is in balance.the etheric body is the spiritual essence of the physical body . it carries spark of life and can be reviewed externally as the color of the aura. if an individuals energy levels are either too high or too low the etheric body can result in disease in the physical body. according to radionic theory, nothing occurs in the physical body unless it first happens in the etheric body. the color therapy when applied to an indivisuals multicolor aura , brings about a harmony for the person. in fact color can affect peoples mood, perception of temperature and time and their ability to concentrate. the color therapy is now being increasingly used to produce desired responses in mental health clinics , hospital recovery rooms, prison cells and in workplaces.according to modern color therapists, there are several principles of color healing. the application of through various methods, such as colored foods, solarized liquid and solids, sunlight or artificial rays are also applied to skin. colored clothes, colored room decor, meditation on the color, colored light and colored breathing change the consciousness of an individual and help him. the two foundation colors of color healing are red and blue. all other colors are subsidiaries or refinements of red and blue. the pure the color, the most penetrating the rays and the faster the body's reactions.on a very deep level of DNA , it affects the chromosomes and cellular compliments. every color is said to have a specific emotional effect on people. if a sick child whos constantly in pain spent most of the time in a dominating ly blue room, it said by some therapists to have soothing and calming effect.color therapists believe that the hypothalamus in the human body controls the pituitary gland as the former is influenced by light, it acts on the pituitary gland, which in turn controls all the other glands like pineal glands linked to the crown chakra on top of the head.every organ system has its own vibration energy and disease can occur when the energy is short. by applying the same color which has the same vibration energy, the disease can be overcome . serotonin is another very important chemical of the brain that is responsible for behavioral patterns.during a span of 24 hours serotonin is produced during the day and melatonin during the night. depression appears to be linked with melatonin levels. naturally sunlight alleviate this problem by controlling melatonin release. specific colors appear to affect specific diseases. we can see how colors affect us on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual planes.
* green and light blue make us restful
* orange is revitalizing
*red is stimulating
* sky blue and turquise are restful
* peach is revitalizing
*orange is stimulating
* indigo is restful
*emerald green is revitalizing
*yellow stimulating
* blue is restful
*gild revitalizing
*violet and purple stimulates
on the physical level, green and light blue relax, orange has a revitalizing effect and red stimulates. these colors can affect us in the emotional, mental and spiritual levels also. a person who feels drained of ideas can be revitalized with emerald, where as indigo should be selected if a person has a mind cloud with thoughts. if the person has a disinterested outlook towards life, the color yellow can change his attitude.most colors can be imparted by various means. colores glass bulbs are one oh the easiest and most effective means of adding color. by making appropriate choices, colors can effectively used to bring health and cheer for every one in family and to nurse the sick back to health. colors used in furnishings can be changed to healing color shades in patients room. a color should always match the other colors present in a room. the other way of introducing colors is by painting the walls in the desired color.normally sky blue, white, and green are natures colors and use of these colors has beneficial effects. when water is exposed to sunlight, it gets energized. this type of water energizing is called sol arising. sunlight contains seven colors and each color has its own effect on various organs of the body. its possible to prepare colored solarised water by using colored glass . another method of administering color therapy is to use the healing color in body wear.here again select the color that is needed to wear it in the initial stages for a couple of hours. watch the body's reaction. it often said that the colors we wear reflects our personality. colors have the ability to bring out the best and the wrost in us. for example if a person is depressed, he should not use colors like Grey, black or faded colors. these can be aggravate the situation. the use of bright colors will have a salutary effect in mind and help to come out of depression. similarly when a person feels low on confidence he should use bright colors that attract attention. onthe other hand if one is irritable or or under stress, he should use calming colors like light blue,violet etc. its not always necessary to use colors in the form of garments. you can use as bed spreads and pillow covers. there is another variation of color therapy is color meditation. if some one have health problems it require to imagine prescribed color and imagine breath the color and feel it spreads in your body. when u favour one color over other it tells your ur personality and behaviour. color preferences are innate. you are born with an attraction for particular colors. what you feel about them will probably remain imprinted throughout your life in your mind. your color choice is the result of your genes, arly childhood memories, sducation, parents, beliefs, cultural trainings, political learnings and other aspects of life. be happy with colors
